He doesn't try to hard sell people. He looks for solutions. He does go the extra mile too--I've called him on nights and weekends and he responds (doesn't make you wait until Monday morning!) His team is pretty awesome too...they are always very helpful and accommodating. They also go above and beyond in taking care of their customers."
